Absolutely, most of our students walk in with zero dance experience, and that's perfectly fine. Our beginner classes at RF Dance are designed from the ground up for people who have never danced before. Instructors break everything down into simple, easy-to-follow steps so you can learn at a comfortable pace without feeling lost or overwhelmed. Your first class is just $10, so there's no pressure and very little risk. Come as you are, and we'll take care of the rest.
No partner needed. The majority of our students come to class solo, and our group classes are structured so that everyone gets to dance and learn regardless of whether they brought someone with them. We rotate partners regularly, which is actually one of the best ways to improve faster. That said, couples are absolutely welcome to take classes together; many of our students do. Either way, you'll fit right in.
Your first class is $10, a low-commitment way to experience RF Dance before making a decision. If you love it, a one-week unlimited intro pass is available for $49, giving you access to all group classes that week. For ongoing students, the RF Membership offers unlimited group classes, discounted private lessons, and access to our monthly social events. RF Dance is located at 2201 W First St, Unit B, Santa Ana, CA 92703, right in the heart of Orange County. The studio is easily accessible from most cities in the area, including Anaheim, Garden Grove, Tustin, and Irvine. Yes, and couples are very welcome here. Taking dance classes together is one of the most enjoyable and effective ways to build connection, improve communication, and just have fun together outside of everyday routines. Whether you're preparing for a wedding, a special event, or simply want a shared activity you'll both look forward to, RF Dance is a great fit. No prior experience is needed for either of you; our instructors will guide you through everything step by step, together.
Parking is available near the studio, though spaces can fill up quickly around class start times, especially in the evenings. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to give yourself time to find a spot and get settled before class begins. If you have trouble finding parking, street parking is available nearby. Feel free to call ahead if you need specific directions; we're happy to help.
To cancel your RF Dance membership, you must complete the online cancellation form at rfdance.com/cancellations. You can also find the "Cancel my membership" link at the bottom of every page on the RF Dance website. Please note that verbal requests, emails, text messages, and voicemails are not accepted and will not stop your billing.
All membership cancellations require 30 days' advance notice. After you submit the cancellation form, one final payment will be processed, and your membership will remain active until the end of that final paid billing period, allowing you to continue attending classes.
